We are excited to announce Limestone Branch will be reopening on June 16, 2020. However, your well-being remains our top priority. To this end, we’ve put extra safety precautions in place. Here’s everything you need to know.
Q: How is Limestone Branch handling cleaning of the facility?
A: Rest assured, cleanings are taking place three times a day: prior to opening, midday, and after closing. Employees are working from a detailed checklist to sanitize all high-touch surfaces, including door handles, counters, tables and stools, elevator buttons, restrooms, etc. Additionally, a professional cleaning service is being brought in once a week for a deep clean of the entire facility.
Q: I’m looking to book a tour. Will my tour experience be impacted?
A: While we’ll continue to deliver the hospitality our guests have come to expect, your tour experience might look a little different. Don’t worry: you’ll still get a taste of our spirits!
Our Tour will be capped at 10 guests. Our VIP Experience and Barrel Pick Tours will not be occurring at this time.
Please remember to keep a 6-foot distance between you and other guests when visiting the gift shop. Employees will also be wearing gloves when accepting cash.
Tour guides will be be responsible for maintaining a 6-foot distance between themselves and guests during your tour. Seating, when present, will be pre-arranged at a safe distance.
Disposable plastic cups will be used in the tasting room. The bar will remain closed at this time.
Q: I want to stop by to pick up a bottle (or two) of bourbon. Will my gift shop experience be impacted?
A: The good news is that our gift shop will be open during normal business hours Monday – Saturday. We will be closed on Sundays. For your safety, it will be limited to 50% capacity (25 guests). Employees will wear gloves when accepting cash, and will be regularly cleaning and sanitizing gift shop surfaces.

Q: Besides tours and gift shop experiences, can I expect any other changes?
A: Yes. In an effort to limit the spread of germs, we have placed hand sanitizer stations in high-volume areas. We’ve also removed all magazines and books from our visitor center waiting areas, and pre-set tables and chairs in our video hall to create distance between guests
For all bookings through the end of March, all tours will be automatically refunded. You will receive a confirmation email for cancellation, and a refund will appear a few days later. For any future tour cancellation made online please locate your original booking confirmation email, where you can change or cancel your booking.
