Subtitle:
A whiskey martini with a tropical flair. All that’s missing is the hammock.Ingredients:
1.5 ounces Minor Case Rye.75 ounce dry vermouth
.75 ounce pineapple juice
.5 ounce honey syrup (recipe below)
Directions:
Honey syrup: Mix two parts honey to one part hot water. Stir to combine. Add all ingredients to a cocktail tin filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a pineapple slice.
