Here are three recipes to get you started:
White Manhattan
2 ounces Minor Case Straight Rye Whiskey
.75 ounce elderflower liqueur
.75 ounce dry vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange twist for garnish
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir and then strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
Minor Rye Maple Manhattan
2 ounces Minor Case Straight Rye Whiskey
1 ounce sweet vermouth
.5 ounce Luxardo cherry juice
2 dashes maple bitters
Orange twist for garnish
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir and then strain into a lowball glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange twist.
Tawny Rye-hattan
2 ounces Minor Case Straight Rye Whiskey
1 ounce tawny port
.5 ounce sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
